The role of the School Advisory Council is to develop the annual School Improvement Plan, to monitor its progress, and to evaluate its success. According to district and state guidelines, SAC members must be elected by the school community and the elected members must reflect the ethnic, racial, and socio-economic make-up of the school. Election of representatives is held during the first month of each school year. The SAC virtual meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month.
